General Questions
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
It’s best to book as soon as possible to ensure your date is available, especially if your wedding falls in peak season (spring/summer). I typically recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your date.
What’s included in your wedding photography packages?
Each package varies, but generally includes pre-wedding consultations, coverage on the wedding day, professionally edited high-resolution images, and an online gallery for viewing and downloading. Some packages also include engagement sessions or albums. Please get in touch if you want custom package.
Do you offer customisable wedding photography packages?
Yes! I understand that every wedding is unique, so I’m happy to customize a package to fit your needs.
How do we book you, and what’s the payment process?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a booking fee (deposit) are required. The remaining balance is usually due before the wedding day. Payments can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card payment.
Do you require a deposit to secure our date?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your wedding date. This ensures that I reserve the day exclusively for you.
Photography Style & Experience

How would you describe your photography style?
My style is a mix of natural, candid storytelling with artistic and timeless portraits. I aim to capture genuine emotions and real moments that reflect the essence of your special day.
Do you shoot in a documentary, candid, or traditional style?
I incorporate a blend of styles depending on your preferences. My approach is primarily documentary and candid, but I also provide gentle guidance for beautiful, natural-looking portraits.
How long have you been photographing weddings?
I have 4 years of experience capturing weddings and special events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for my clients.
Can we see a full wedding gallery from a recent client?
Absolutely! I’d be happy to share a full gallery so you can see how I capture an entire wedding day.
Do you work alone or with a second shooter?
For smaller weddings, I usually work alone. However, for larger weddings, I can arrange for a second photographer to ensure no special moment is missed.
On the Wedding Day

Will you visit the venue before the wedding day?
If possible, I like to visit the venue beforehand to plan for lighting and locations. If not, I arrive early on the day to familiarise myself with the setting.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
I always come prepared with backup plans for different weather conditions. We can also take advantage of indoor settings or embrace the elements for creative shots!
Do you help with posing, or will you capture natural moments?
I do a mix of both! I guide you into natural poses for beautiful portraits, but I also capture candid moments throughout the day.
Can we give you a shot list or specific photos we want?
Yes! I welcome shot lists, especially for family and group photos. However, I also encourage you to trust my creative instincts to capture natural, emotional moments.
Post-Wedding & Delivery

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?
Final images are usually delivered within 4-6 weeks after the wedding. Sneak peeks are available in 48 hours!
Will we get high-resolution images?
Yes, you will receive fully edited, high-resolution digital images suitable for printing and sharing.
Do you offer printed albums or only digital files?
I offer both digital and printed albums. You can add a professionally designed wedding album to your package if desired.
Can we request edits or retouching on specific photos?
All delivered images are professionally edited for color correction, exposure, and composition. Additional retouching requests can be discussed.
How do we receive our photos—online gallery, USB, or prints?
You will receive an online gallery where you can download your images. Additional delivery options like USB or prints can be arranged.
Logistics & Travel

Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! I love traveling for destination weddings and am happy to discuss a custom package for your location.
Are there any additional fees for travel outside London?
Travel fees apply for weddings outside of London, which may include transport and accommodation costs.
What happens if you are unable to attend due to an emergency?
In the unlikely event that I cannot attend your wedding due to an emergency, I will do everything in my power to arrange a trusted replacement photographer from my professional network, ensuring your day is captured beautifully.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes! I always bring backup cameras, lenses, and memory cards to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What should we do if we need to reschedule our wedding?
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new date.
Additional Services

Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.
Can we add extra hours on the day of the wedding?
Yes, additional hours can be added at an hourly rate if needed.
Do you provide videography services as well?
I specialise in photography, but I have 2 videographers with whom I work together and we can do customise package Photo+Video.
Can we book you for other events like rehearsal dinners?
Yes! I offer coverage for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other pre-wedding events.
